Ingredients for Vegetables Oats Daliya –
Oats-1bow
Vegetable oil-1 tbsp
Mustard seeds- ½ tbsp
Cumin seed-½ tbsp
Spinach-chopped
Carrot-1 chopped
Onion-1 chopped
Tomato- 1 chopped
Green peas-½ cup
Paneer-50 grams- cut into small pieces
Beans-½ cup, chopped
Peanut- ¼ cup
Green chili- 2 chopped
Salt- according to taste
Garam masala powder-1/4 tbsp
Water-4 bowl
Process For Preparing vegetables Oats Daliya-
First of all, take a pan and put it on the gas and put 1 tsp vegetable oil in it. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seed and mustard seeds to it When they start to splutter, add the chopped onion and add 2 chopped green chillies and stir. Now add the chopped carrots, peas, beans, peanuts and stir it for a while. Now add the chopped spinach and tomato to it and stir it for 2 minutes then add paneer (cut in small pieces) too. After 2 minutes, add 1 cup of oats and 4 cups of water to it and stir it for 1 minute. Now add salt according to taste and keep the lid on for 2 minutes only. Remove the lid, mix the garam masala and vegetable oats dalia is ready. Take it out from the pan in a bowl and get ready for a full-fiber and nutritious breakfast.
